If you’ve been impacted by a cyber breach, please review your agreement or invoice. If you are subscribed to our Incident Response service, immediate action is crucial—rapid response can significantly reduce potential damage.
Once your eligibility is confirmed, we will guide you on how to activate your Incident Response token, allowing our security operations analysts to begin their investigation. Please note that each Incident Response token is valid for a single use per calendar year.
You can contact us either by email, the support contact form or if you prefer to talk to one of our support representatives please call our number below. If you are impacted outside of our business hours, you will have the ability to initiate your Incident Response token through the nominated portal. Our Security Operations Centre operates 24/7.
In certain cases, you may be required to notify relevant government agencies or regulatory bodies about the breach. Our team can guide you on the necessary steps to ensure compliance with legal and industry requirements.
